Midnight Masquerade Opera American Mahjong Tiles are styled like an evening at the theater. The photographed faces feature red roses, miniature cameo portraits, fans, an opera ticket, an ornate stairway and a masked Joker. Pearl-like white backs give the burgundy-and-gold-colored artwork room to stand out.

The pearl and jewelry effects are visual styling, not real shell or precious materials. Site attributes list layered acrylic and approximate tile dimensions of 0.91 × 1.26 × 0.59 inches. This is fixed artwork rather than a customized masquerade design.
