The program is small and considered, just like the rest of what we do — we’d rather build long-term relationships with a thoughtful set of retailers than chase volume.

What’s Included
Approved wholesale partners get:
- Access to our wholesale price list, with reasonable retail margins
- Selected SKUs from our current collection (and early access to upcoming releases)
- Product images, descriptions, and brand assets for use in your own marketing
- A direct line to our team for questions, restocks, and special requests
How It Works
- Apply. Email us at wholesale@sagemahjong.com with a short note about your store, your website or storefront, and what draws you to Sage Mahjong.
- Review. We review applications case-by-case. Most decisions come back within 3–5 business days.
- Onboarding. Approved accounts receive a confirmation email with the wholesale price list, ordering instructions, minimums, and lead times.
- First order. Your opening order is placed by email or through whatever portal we set up for you. We confirm, invoice, and ship.
The Quick Details
- Pricing: Confidential and shared with approved accounts only.
- Minimums: A modest opening order minimum, with smaller reorder minimums after the first order.
- Payment: First orders are paid in full before shipment. Net terms may be extended to established accounts after a track record of on-time payment.
- Shipping: Orders ship from the U.S. Standard processing is 3–10 business days, plus carrier transit time.
- Channels: Sales through your own physical store or branded e-commerce site are welcome. Listing on Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Temu, TikTok Shop, and other third-party marketplaces is not permitted without our written consent.
